The Problem

Rudhir and his leadership team approached us to aid them with developing a detailed strategy on updating their branding and providing a detailed website showcasing their services, the different workshops they held and their systemic approach to business development. our team at 5Four Digital was focused on helping Rudhir Krishtel make his website a seamless user experience packed with quality content and a simplified layout that was simple and effective for the end user.

Client’s Dilemma

Krishtel needed help devising a sitemap strategy that would:

  • Provide the end-user with a simple interface to browse workshops
  • Incorporate evergreen content including resources, blogs and podcast episodes
  • Create a linear, timeless visual brand with solid color palette and look and feel

The Solution

We started the project by performing a brand discovery session. During this 2 hour session, we dissect the brand to its core, developing an idea of the company values, competitors and overall goals of the website. During the session, we view competitors together, their top performing pages and utilize these to make informed decisions on our design and development.

While developing the sitemap, we also designed logo concepts for the refresh. We were going for a minimal and simple design with a palette of three colors to properly reflect the brand core ideals including:

  • Wellbeing
  • Leadership and Business
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The Result

After a 90 day sprint, Brand Discovery and iterations which included sitemap development and wireframe design based on historical data and analytics history, we built 1 cohesive platform for browsing services, viewing workshops on all website breakpoints and a flawless design that looked and functioned great on desktop, mobile and tablet devices. With a load time of 300ms, the website loads lightning fast and received daily inquiries from potential customers.

  • 30% increase in overall traffic over 90 days
  • The brand guidelines for both brands were distinct and rewarded with praise from the design community
  • A simple and easy to use interface and design for users to make updates and tweaks to the design
  • Integrated Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Facebook Pixel
